Small Group Strength Training
October 7th 2024 we will be starting an adult strength training class. We have specialized in strength training for over 17 years and are excited to offer a new option. The class will focus on building a stronger body, increased muscle mass, cardiovascular endurance, injury prevention, and quality of life. Each day will be programmed, and your individual results will be tracked.
Classes are at 5:30 a.m. Monday through Friday 45 Minutes
