Semi-Private Strength Training


The semi-private training will focus on building a stronger body, increased muscle mass, cardiovascular endurance, injury prevention, and quality of life.  Each day will be programmed, and your individual results will be tracked.
Sessions are at 5:30 a.m. Monday through Friday 45 Minutes

Monday-Chest/Shoulders/Triceps/Quads/Glutes/Cardio(Squat Dominant)
Tuesday-Back/Biceps/Hamstrings/Glutes/Cardio (Deadlift Dominant)
Wednesday- Total Body Strength/Cardio
​Thursday-Chest/Shoulders/Triceps/Quads/Glutes/Cardio(Squat Dominant)
Friday-Back/Biceps/Hamstrings/Glutes/Cardio (Deadlift Dominant)

5 Days a week $20 class
4 Days a week $22.50 class
3 Days a week $25 class
2 Days a week $30 class
*If you know you will be away for a week or certain days adjustments will be made for the price.
*If you start later in the 5 week session, rates can be prorated

*We are a small business who will work with you 
*Sessions will be maxed at 7
