Semi-Private Strength Training
The semi-private training will focus on building a stronger body, increased muscle mass, cardiovascular endurance, injury prevention, and quality of life. Each day will be programmed, and your individual results will be tracked.
Sessions are at 5:30 a.m. Monday through Friday 45 Minutes
